We strongly encourage hosting an activity. Let us know if you’re interested in giving a talk or hosting a workshop in your application. Confirm your activity by sending us your abstract before July 1st. Guidelines can be found at the end of this page. β¬οΈ

To apply for participation fill out the form and transfer the fee of 65β¬ to the bank account below. As soon as your fee is registered you will receive a confirmation email.

Until funding is fully secured, the amount of the contribution may still vary. We will inform you about any changes, as soon as we’re aware of them.
π Scholarships and Support π
The support by our funders allows us to provide five full scholarships to participants who cannot afford to partake otherwise. To find out if thereβs an available scholarship and apply for one, indicate so in the application form. Scholarships will be assigned on a first come, first served basis.

Talk Application

We encourage you to base your activity on our Hot topic 2023:

Generate ideas, generate thoughts, generate critical thinking, generate exchange, generate interaction, generate discussions, generate debates, and through all of the above: generate new knowledge by connecting different people from different fields and backgrounds to come to a better understanding. Get those brain cogs turning, baby! π§
This topic prompt is in no way mandatory, so if there is really no way to force a connection with a topic you’re passionate about, no worries, we value your knowledge above anything else! βοΈ
The three formats:
Formats
- Individual talk of 30 minutes (15-20 min talk + debate)
- Workshop is a free format of up to 60 minutes.
- Joint talk, where you team up with another conference participant to talk about a common theme, from two different scientific perspectives lasting 60 minutes in total (30-40 min talk + debate).

- Around 250 words (Half a page in regular font)

Based on these abstracts we will select the speakers for our slots. The abstracts will be collected and published on our website.
