The registration and payment deadline is April 30, 2026.
Once you have applied via the form, please transfer the conference fee of 65€ to the bank account below. The fee covers both accommodation and all food at the conference.

Once you have registered and transferred the fee, you will receive a confirmation email within a few days. Check out the section on scholarships below if you need financial support.
We strongly encourage hosting an activity. Let us know in the application form above if you’re interested in giving a talk, in hosting a workshop, or doing something else. If you have indicated in the form that you do or do not want to do an activity and you change your mind, please send us an email.
Confirm the inclusion of your activity in the program by sending us your abstract before June 10, 2026. You can find the guidelines for the abstract at the end of this page.
Further information about the conference program and the location will be provided to you via email. Please make sure our emails do not land in your spam folder.
Scholarships
We can provide some scholarships to participants who cannot otherwise afford to join the THINK Conference. To find out if there’s an available scholarship and to apply for one, indicate so in the application form linked above or write us an email. Scholarships will be assigned on a first come, first served basis.
If you have the means, you’re always welcome to help us make THINK more inclusive by donating a scholarship! Please indicate so in the application form above or write us an email.
Conference Activities
The deadline for submitting abstracts
for activities is June 10, 2026.
Activity Formats
- Individual talk of 30 minutes (15 to 20 min talk + debate)
- Workshop is a free format of up to 2h.
- Joint activity, where you team up with another conference participant. This can be a talk, a workshop, or something else.
- If your activity does not fit into either of the mentioned formats, describe it in the application form or reach out to us via email and we will do our best to accommodate your contribution.
Submitting Abstracts
Send mail with your name to organizer@thinkcommunity.network and include a text document with a brief summary of your activity of maximum 250 words and include relevant references as footnotes
The abstracts will be collected and distributed to the conference participants in the form of the conference companion. It will also contain your name. The companion may be also published on our website.
